Getting the word out

One Steakhouse & Lounge brought the sumptuous steaks, the stunning venue and the high-quality dining experience to the table –they just needed people to know about it. Our marketing strategy involved leveraging social media and digital PR to create buzz from the word go. The restaurant started its social media journey with fresh accounts, totalling 100 followers over Facebook and Instagram. In the first eight weeks of partnering with Eyeweb, its following had grown to nearly 4,000 over both platforms. Captivating video and photo posts combined with strategic press releases gained it features from media powerhouses such as MSN, Yahoo and the Yorkshire Post.

Edison, the co-owner of One Steakhouse & Lounge, wanted the website to reflect their exceptional atmosphere and service. It had to look tantalising, attract new customers and act as a comprehensive source of information. Two months after its launch, One Steakhouse & Lounge was already seeing an increase in website traffic of 25,500 and had been fully booked over numerous nights.
